Job Descriptions:

Role: To analyze E2E business requirements, configure the SAP system, and ensure it supports key business processes effectively. Acts as the primary bridge between the business users and the technical team.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct workshops to gather and analyze business requirements. Map business processes to SAP system functionalities. Configure and customize the SAP module(s) to meet business needs. Design solutions for gaps between requirements and standard SAP. Create detailed functional specification documents for developers. Perform unit testing, integration testing (IT), and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide end-user training and create documentation. Provide ongoing post-go-live support and troubleshoot issues.
