Job Description Senior Specialist | Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Development (EV – Chassis, Suspension & Brakes)

About the Role.

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Specialist – Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Development to support the sourcing and procurement of Chassis, Suspension, and Brake systems for the Electric Vehicle portfolio. The role will be responsible for supplier identification, vendor development, zero-based costing, strategic sourcing, commercial negotiations, and ensuring cost, quality, delivery, and technology competitiveness across the supply base.

Experience
4–9 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Vendor Development, or Supply Chain within the automotive or EV industry.
Hands-on experience sourcing Chassis, Suspension, Brake systems, or related mechanical commodities.
Experience managing supplier development and localization projects.
Solid exposure to Zero-Based Costing (ZBC), cost analysis, and value engineering.




Experience handling supplier negotiations, RFQs, contracts, and commercial discussions.
