Issue offer letters and coordinate joining formalities for recent employees.
Maintain employee database and ensure accurate entry of candidate details in HR systems.
Act as a point of contact for employees, handling regular calls and support for HR queries.
Follow up with attendance defaulters and ensure proper attendance compliance.
Manage employee exit process, including documentation and exit formalities.
Bachelor's degree / diploma is okay
Preferred a Male candidate
