Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who can drive end-to-end project delivery, manage client relationships, and lead cross-functional teams in a quick-paced AI-first environment.

Location: Bhopal / Delhi; Work mode: Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities
Own complete project lifecycle from onboarding to delivery.
Manage sprint planning, Jira workflows, backlog grooming, and stakeholder communication.
Coordinate with Development, Design, QA, and DevOps teams.
Lead client calls, demos, UATs, and strategy discussions.
Build AI-driven workflows for reporting, ticketing, sprint planning, and documentation.
Actively use Claude (or equivalent AI tools) for project management, automation, and productivity workflows.

What We re Looking For
3 4 years of experience in Project/Delivery Management within a tech company.




Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and Jira.
Experience handling external clients independently.
Good understanding of SDLC, APIs, web products, and technical workflows.
Solid communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
Active usage of AI tools in day-to-day work.

Valuable to Have
Experience with Drupal, Next.js, or Headless CMS.
Exposure to SEO, SOC 2, or systems integration projects.
