We are seeking a dedicated BPO Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, managing queries, and supporting business operations across multiple languages to ensure seamless communication with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats professionally.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Process Support: Assist in workflow management and ensure timely resolution of client issues.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support sales and service operations.
Reporting: Provide daily/weekly reports on customer engagement and issue resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and English.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced US shift environment.
Prior experience in a BPO or customer service role preferred.
On-site availability in Chennai.
