We are seeking a proactive and experiencedProject Manager to oversee and streamline project activities, with a specificfocus on coordination with government agencies, internal design teams, salesteam and legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managingapprovals, permits, and compliance-related tasks, while also leading a team ofarchitects and draughtsmen to ensure timely and accurate preparation of designdocumentation for government submissions and internal project requirements.
Key roles & Responsibilities:-
Lead and manage a team of architects and draughtsmen, ensuring the preparation of high-quality drawings, plans, and documents as per project timelines and regulatory standards.
Coordinate all government liaison activities related to development projects (e.g., land approvals, environmental clearances, building permits, zoning, etc.).
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and government departments such as Town Planning, Municipal Corporations, Revenue, and Workplace.
Ensure timely submission and follow-up of documentation for statutory approvals.
Collaborate with internal teams and consultants to align design output with project requirements and regulatory guidelines.
Review architectural drawings and documents to ensure compliance with applicable development control regulations and local building codes.
Track project timelines concerning regulatory and design milestones and proactively address potential delays.
Maintain updated knowledge of relevant local, state, and central regulations and ensure full project compliance.
Regularly report project status to senior management, highlighting risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
