Sourcing Candidate from different sources like Portals
Taking Interviews of the candidates over the phone in order to check their communications and job profiles they are looking for, Lining up them for Interviews
Co ordinate with Client/ Co. HR & to understand the their requirement.
Follow ups with the clients as well as Candidates for updates.
Also will be responsible to handle a team for HR Recruiters.
Qualifications
Must be graduate
