Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the development and optimization of data pipelines to support business needs.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align data engineering activities with organizational goals.
Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Data Engineering.
Solid experience in designing and implementing extract, transform, and load processes to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
Expertise in building scalable and reliable data pipelines that ensure data integrity and availability.
Familiarity with data storage solutions and database management systems to optimize data retrieval and storage.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues to maintain high-quality data standards.
Experience working with distributed computing frameworks and cloud-based data platforms.
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering.
This position is based at our Chennai office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
