The Guest Relations Executive is responsible for creating a positive guest experience through effective communication, prompt issue resolution, and qualified customer service. The role acts as a key liaison between guests and internal departments, ensuring guest needs are addressed efficiently and satisfaction levels remain high.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and provide a skilled first point of contact.
Handle guest inquiries through phone, email, social media, and in-person interactions.
Maintain transparent and effective communication between guests and internal departments.
Respond to guest feedback, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally.
Ensure all guest concerns are resolved within established service standards.
Maintain accurate guest records and communication logs.
Assist VIP guests and manage special requests.
Provide information regarding facilities, services, events, and local attractions.




Conduct guest satisfaction follow-ups and collect feedback for service improvement.
Support communication campaigns, guest engagement activities, and promotional events.
Prepare reports on guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery actions.

Experience in hospitality, healthcare, or corporate environments is preferred.
