Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct classroom and practical training sessions in CAD software.
Provide hands-on training with real-time industry projects.
Customize training approach based on learner category (students / professionals).
Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.
Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and one-on-one mentoring.
Ensure structured training delivery aligned with job requirements.
Conduct seminars, webinars, and workshops in colleges and institutions.
Excellent teaching and communication skills.
Practical industry exposure preferred.
Ability to handle diverse learners (freshers to professionals).
Solid presentation and interpersonal skills.
