Role Overview

As a Content Moderator, you will be the first line of defense in maintaining the integrity and safety of our online platform. You will review user-submitted content, flagging or removing material that violates company policies, community standards, or legal regulations. This role requires sharp attention to detail, emotional resilience, and excellent cultural awareness.

Core Responsibilities
Content Review: Screen and monitor user-generated text, images, video, and live streams according to platform guidelines.
Policy Enforcement: Take appropriate action on violating content, which may include deleting posts, issuing warnings, or banning users/accounts.
Escalation Management: Identify complex or high-risk cases (such as legal threats, severe harassment, or systemic fraud) and escalate them to senior policy teams or legal experts.
Trend Identification: Note emerging patterns, spam tactics, or cultural shifts in user behavior and provide feedback to the policy-making and engineering teams to improve automated filters.
