Role & responsibilities
Prepare architectural designs, including floor plans, elevations, working drawings, construction drawings, and detailed documentation.
Develop interior design concepts, space planning layouts, detailed drawings, and project cost estimates.
Handle residential and villa projects from concept design through execution and project completion.
Coordinate with Engineers, consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
Review and ensure compliance with applicable building codes, standards, regulations, and project requirements.
Conduct site visits, monitor design implementation, and provide technical support during construction.
Prepare project presentations, material specifications, BOQs, and design reports.




Collaborate with project teams and Management to ensure timely completion of design milestones.
Review drawings and specifications to maintain quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Research and stay updated on industry trends, materials, construction methods, and emerging technologies.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture.

Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction or real estate industry, preferably in residential and villa projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar architectural software.
