Job Description-

We are hiring Customer Care Executives for a leading BPO in Noida for a Domestic Voice Process. The role involves handling customer calls, resolving customer queries, providing accurate information, and delivering an excellent customer experience. Candidates must have a minimum of 9 months of experience in a domestic voice process or customer service role, along with good communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and basic computer knowledge. Preferred candidate profile -
Minimum 9 months of experience in a Domestic Voice Process, Customer Support, or BPO.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Solid customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.
Customer-focused with a qualified and positive attitude.
Comfortable working from the Noida office. .
Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be preferred.
