Job Description – Technical Architect /Lead Developer

Role: Technical Architect – Full Stack (Go, Gin Framework, React / Next.js)

Experience: 10+ years

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement application architecture for complex, distributed systems using Go and Gin Framework.

Design and implement Microservices Architecture, ensuring modularity, scalability, and maintainability.

Establish coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines for the development team.

Lead technical design reviews, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Oversee API design and integration strategies for internal and external systems.

Drive adoption of cloud-native architectures leveraging AWS/Azure and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Ensure data integrity and performance optimization for PostgreSQL and other RDBMS solutions.

Stay current with emerging technologies and frameworks in Go, Gin, React, Next.js, and recommend adoption where beneficial.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.





Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies for technical challenges.

Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection regulations.

Act as a technical liaison with clients, presenting architectural solutions and guiding technical discussions.

Technical Skills

Expert-level proficiency in Go , Gin Framework / Node.js

Robust experience with React and Next.js for front-end development.

Deep understanding of Microservices Architecture and distributed systems.

Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and other relational databases.

Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS / Azure) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

Robust knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

Expertise in API design, RESTful services, and integration patterns.

Familiarity with security best practices, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.

Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and up-to-date front-end practices.

Experience with performance tuning, scalability strategies, and system optimization.
