Role & responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound client calls professionally.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Understand customer requirements and guide them on suitable projects.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Update and maintain lead data in MS Excel/CRM.
Respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Build and maintain robust client relationships.
Track daily follow-ups and submit activity reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer support.
Preferred candidate profile
Looking for energetic communicators to handle client interactions, follow-ups, and lead management. Basic MS Excel skills required. Training, growth opportunities, and a excellent work workplace provided.
