Roles and Responsibility
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide solutions using Workday HCM.
Design, develop, and implement Workday HCM solutions to meet client needs.
Provide training and support to end-users on Workday HCM systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday HCM implementation.
Develop and maintain documentation of Workday HCM solutions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Job Requirements
Solid knowledge of Workday HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Perks, Compensation, Recruiting, Performance Management, Learning, and Analytics.
Excellent technical skills in Workday HCM including configuration, customization, and integration.
Experience working with various technologies such as XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and SQL.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
