We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join our New Delhi branch. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, enjoy interacting with people, and be able to manage enquiries in a qualified and organized manner.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective learners.
Understand candidate requirements and provide accurate information about our learning programs.
Guide candidates through the enquiry and enrollment process.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates.
Update and manage enquiry records using Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM software.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Respond to enquiries received through phone, email, and WhatsApp in a timely manner.
Maintain high standards of customer service and professional communication.
Achieve individual and team performance targets.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi.
Basic English communication skills.
Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email, and WhatsApp.
Ability to manage multiple enquiries efficiently.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in customer support, telecalling, sales coordination, counselling, or inside sales is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
