Key Responsibilities

Production & Operations Support: Assist in monitoring daily production targets, machine utilization, and workflow efficiency on the shop floor.

Maintenance & Repair: Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for machinery, tools, and mechanical systems to minimize downtime.

Quality Assurance & Inspection: Conduct dimensional checks, visual inspections, and quality audits using precision instruments (., Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges).

Technical Documentation: Prepare daily production reports (DPR), equipment maintenance logs, engineering drawings, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Troubleshooting: Identify operational bottlenecks or mechanical faults during production and work with technical teams to implement quick corrective actions.





Safety & Compliance: Ensure all shop-floor activities adhere to occupational safety, 5S principles, and environmental health guidelines.
