We are looking for a skilled F&B; Manager with 12 to 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage operations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage teams effectively.

Roles and Responsibility
Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean setting.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.





Job Requirements
Proven experience in managing food and beverage operations, preferably in a similar establishment.
Solid knowledge of food safety protocols and quality control measures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
