Key Responsibilities
P&L; Management: Drive store profitability, manage daily sales targets, and control prime costs (food, packaging, and labor)
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, roster, and motivate shift managers and crew members. Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as speed of service (SOS) and order accuracy.
Customer Experience: Address customer grievances, maintain high Brand CSAT/NPS scores, and ensure a welcoming dine-in and delivery setting.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management (BHM) or a Bachelor's degree in any stream.
Experience: 5 - 11 years in the QSR industry, with at least 1 - 2 years actively serving as an RGM or Assistant Restaurant Manager.
