Role & responsibilities
Process and verify vendor invoices accurately.
Manage vendor payments and payment schedules.
Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain AP records and supporting documentation.
Monitor outstanding payable and pending approvals.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Support month-end/year-end closing and audits.
Generate AP reports and MIS.
Generate customer invoices and credit notes.
Monitor receivables and follow up on collections.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
Maintain records of receipts, adjustments, and outstanding dues.
Prepare aging reports and collection status reports.
Monitor customer credit limits and payment behavior.




Coordinate with customers and internal teams for payment resolution.
Support credit control, month-end closing, and AR reporting.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience: 1 to 4 years in Accounts Payable (AP) and/or Accounts Receivable (AR)
Valuable English and Hindi speaking preferred for pan India coordination
Candidates with limited Hindi proficiency can also apply
Positive knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory
Basic understanding of accounting processes, invoicing, reconciliations, and payments
Valuable communication and follow-up skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
