We are seeking a skilled Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in Microservices architecture and Apache Kafka. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend systems, integrating real-time data pipelines, and ensuring system reliability

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
Implement Microservices architecture for scalable and modular applications.
Integrate and manage Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming and event-driven systems.
Develop RESTful APIs and ensure secure, effective communication between services.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.
Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Write clean, maintainable,



and well-documented code following best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Robust proficiency in Java 8+ and Spring Boot.
Hands-on experience with Microservices design and implementation.
Solid understanding of Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, topics, partitions, offsets).
Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and API security.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Experience with unit testing and integration testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).
Understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and messaging patterns.
Solid problem-solving and communication skills.
