Documentation & Application Verification will be responsible for managing and supervising the admission documentation and enrollment verification process. The role involves ensuring timely verification of applicant documents, compliance with university and regulatory guidelines, team management, process improvement, and coordination with internal stakeholders to maximize enrollment conversion and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Documentation & Verification
Oversee end-to-end admission documentation and application verification processes.
Verify academic, identity, and eligibility documents submitted by applicants as per university guidelines.
Ensure accurate validation of applicant information and supporting documents.
Monitor pending documentation cases and drive timely closure.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including DEB-ID verification and other applicable norms.
Enrollment Operations
Monitor enrollment generation and admission processing timelines.
Track application status and ensure smooth movement through various admission stages.
Coordinate with admissions, counseling,
and student support teams for issue resolution.
Ensure timely completion of e-sign, document verification, and enrollment activities.
Team Management
Lead and supervise documentation executives and verification staff.
Allocate work, monitor productivity, and ensure achievement of daily targets.
Conduct regular reviews and provide coaching to team members.
Manage workforce planning during peak admission cycles.
Process Improvement & Quality Control
Establish and maintain quality standards for document verification.
Identify process bottlenecks and recommend automation prospects.
Ensure adherence to SOPs and audit requirements.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance analysis.
Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with admissions, IT, examination, compliance, and academic teams.
Support management with data analysis and operational insights.
