Overview
We are seeking a contract Airtable Developer (12-month engagement) to support the growth and ongoing development of our Airtable ecosystem.
This role sits within Marketing Operations & Services and works closely with internal teams to implement, maintain and improve Airtable-based workflows.
This is a hands-on role focused on execution, system stability, and practical problem solving.
It is not a basic admin or project management role.
Candidates must have demonstrable experience with Airtable.
You will be a platform expert doing the technical work yourself, serving as a subject matter expect and providing strategic guidance when necessary.
This is a high-impact role supporting a team that is scaling quickly and relies heavily on Airtable to operate efficiently.
This role will be virtual from India.

Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain scalable Airtable bases, data models, and interfaces
Build and manage automations and scripts, supporting core workflows
Lead integration projects between Airtable and other systems
Translate business requirements into clear, maintainable Airtable solutions
Perform ongoing data cleanup, standardization and refactoring of existing bases
Ensure data quality, governance, and system reliability




Act as the Airtable subject matter expert for troubleshooting and day-to-day support

Required Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on Airtable experience in a production environment
Robust understanding of relational data modeling and system design
Experience building Airtable automations and scripting with JavaScript
Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, and third-party tools
Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into concrete technical solutions
Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications
Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) in conjunction with Airtable for automation, scripting, documentation, or workflow optimization
Experience supporting Marketing, Events, or Operations teams
