We are seeking a dedicated Sr. Developer with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Data Quality Basics Collibra Data Quality and PL/SQL. This role involves working in a hybrid mode with a focus on ensuring data integrity and quality. The position does not require travel and operates during day shifts.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement data quality solutions using Collibra Data Quality to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Utilize PL/SQL to design code and maintain complex database systems that support business operations.
Monitor and analyze data quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data quality issues ensuring timely resolution.
Conduct regular data audits and implement corrective actions to maintain high data quality standards.
Document data quality processes and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with industry standards.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights on data quality improvements.




Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to enhance code quality.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data quality practices.
Ensure that all data quality solutions align with the companys overall data strategy and objectives.
Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for data quality management.
Support the implementation of data governance frameworks to enhance data quality across the organization.

Qualifications
Possess solid expertise in Data Quality Basics and Collibra Data Quality demonstrating a deep understanding of data integrity principles.
Have extensive experience in PL/SQL showcasing the ability to design and maintain complex database systems.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying and resolving data quality issues.
Exhibit strong communication skills enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Show a proactive approach to learning and implementing new data quality technologies and methodologies.
Display a keen attention to detail ensuring high standards of data accuracy and consistency.
Hold a bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field.
