Role Description This is a full time, on-site Private Tutor Maths role based in Bikaner. The tutor will design and deliver one-on-one or small-group lessons in mathematics, focusing on core concepts and problem-solving skills. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, explaining topics such as arithmetic and algebra, assigning practice work, and reviewing student progress. The tutor will assess learning needs, adapt teaching methods,
and provide regular feedback to students and, where relevant, parents or guardians. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of student performance and using appropriate resources and tools to enhance understanding and engagement.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Mathematics, including foundational concepts and Algebra.
Demonstrated experience in Tutoring or teaching mathematics in an individual or small-group setting.
Ability to conduct Online Tutoring sessions when needed and adapt to digital learning tools.
Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and patiently.
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field is preferred.
Experience working with school-age learners and familiarity with relevant curricula or exam requirements.
Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a learner-centered approach to teaching.
Ability to work in office in Bikaner and maintain a skilled, inclusive classroom setting.
