We are looking for an entry level Interior Designer who is curious, hands on and eager to learn. This role is ideal for a young designer who wants exposure across concept development, material exploration, detailing, prototyping and on-site execution while working with alternative and sustainable materials.
You will work closely with senior designers, the materials and R&D; team, and external consultants to translate ideas into buildable, thoughtful interior solutions.
Design and Concept
Assist in developing interior concepts for workplaces, exhibitions, furniture and experiential spaces
Prepare mood boards, material palettes and concept presentations
Translate sustainability intent into spatial and material decisions
Drawings and Documentation
Prepare basic layout plans, elevations and sections
Support in developing working drawings and detailing
Coordinate drawings with vendors and consultants
Materials and Prototyping
Work with prototype materials such as straw boards and bio composites
Support sample development, mockups and prototypes
Participate in material testing, finishes exploration and application trials
Execution and Site Support
Assist in site visits, measurements and execution support
Coordinate with fabricators, carpenters and installers
Help track design intent through execution
Research and Learning
Research sustainable materials, finishes and construction methods
Document learnings from projects and site work
Support internal design libraries and material archives
Required Skills and Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
0 to 2 years of experience or robust internship exposure
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Keysone, Figma and other design tools
Positive graphic sense for presentations
Solid interest in sustainable design and materials
Willingness to be on site and work hands on
Soft Skills
