We are looking for an Assembly Operator to join our team in Padi, Chennai. The ideal candidate should have between 1 to 7 years of experience and hold a diploma/ ITI or in a relevant field.

As an Assembly Operator, you will be responsible for assembling parts and components to create finished products according to specifications. You will read and interpret production drawings, instruction manuals, and quality standards to ensure accuracy in your work.

Key responsibilities include:
Assembly of Components: You will use various tools and equipment to assemble products, ensuring each part fits correctly and meets our quality standards.
Quality Control: You will inspect assembled products for defects, and ensure they meet the required specifications, making adjustments as necessary.
Maintenance of Work Area: Keeping your work area clean and organized is essential to maintaining safety and efficiency, so you will be responsible for cleaning your workspace regularly.




Collaboration: Working as part of a team, you will communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure production goals are met on time.

Required skills include robust attention to detail and manual dexterity. Competence with hand tools and machinery is essential. You should be able to follow instructions carefully, work under pressure, and communicate effectively within a team.
