Answer questions and help resolve issues
Organize and run weekly community events
Gather feedback and report on community health
Help onboard current members into the program
Qualifications
Robust communication skills
Experience with community building or community management
Familiar with e-commerce or startups
Responsive and proactive
Passionate about helping others succeed
