About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive/Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident using LinkedIn and ChatGPT, enjoys engaging with people online, and has an interest in digital marketing and recruitment.

You will play a key role in expanding our online presence, managing candidate communications, supporting recruitment activities, and maintaining our digital platforms. Full training will be provided on Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn processes, and ChatGPT.

Key Responsibilities
Grow the company's LinkedIn network by managing multiple LinkedIn accounts.
Respond to candidate enquiries and manage conversations via LinkedIn messaging.
Use recruitment tools to transfer LinkedIn connections into the Zoho Recruit platform.
Create engaging content for the company's LinkedIn page and website using ChatGPT.
Manage and regularly update the company's website and LinkedIn page to increase engagement and followers.
Post and manage job advertisements across job boards and Zoho Recruit.
Maintain and update the company's website and online community platform.
Manage the company's WhatsApp communications and respond to enquiries professionally.




Support marketing and recruitment campaigns to enhance the company's online presence.

Skills & Experience

Essential
Experience using LinkedIn for networking or business purposes.
Experience using ChatGPT or similar AI tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Robust organisational skills with positive attention to detail.
Confident using online platforms and digital tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Desirable
Experience in social media marketing.
Experience managing company social media pages.
Familiarity with recruitment platforms or CRM systems (such as Zoho Recruit).
Basic website content management experience.
