Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for both technical and non-technical positions. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across diverse domains, including IT, sales, marketing, operations, and support functions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable understanding both technical skill sets and business role requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements across technical and non-technical business functions
Source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking
Utilize platforms like GitHub for technical sourcing and broader channels for non-technical hiring
Screen resumes for both technical competencies (eg, programming, tools) and non-technical skills (eg, communication, domain experience)
Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate technical/functional interviews
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing screening interviewing offer negotiation onboarding
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs




Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Maintain and update ATS (Applicant Tracking System) data and reports
Stay updated with hiring trends in Information Technology and Non IT business domains

Required Skills
Robust understanding of both technical roles (developers, engineers, etc and non-technical roles (sales, Digital marketing, Chartered accountant, operations)
Excellent sourcing skills using Boolean search techniques
Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple roles simultaneously
Familiarity with recruitment tools and ATS platforms

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment across multiple domains
Ability to quickly learn current industries and job functions
