Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior SAP-HR Module Consultant with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in SAP-HR (Human Resources) module. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong communication skills, a passion for learning, and a cooperative mindset to support our HR digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the configuration, maintenance, and support of SAP-HR modules (PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, etc.)

• Support day-to-day operations and resolve issues related to SAP-HR functionalities.

• Work with functional and technical teams to implement enhancements, changes, and process improvements.

• Assist in preparing documentation for system processes, configurations, and user manuals.

• Participate in requirement gathering, testing, and deployment phases under senior guidance.

• Collaborate with HR teams and understand their needs to deliver effective SAP solutions.





• Maintain data accuracy and integrity in SAP-HR systems.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• 1–2 years of experience in SAP-HR module support/configuration.

• Basic understanding of HR processes and practices.

• Solid communication skills – verbal and written.

• Proactive approach in identifying issues and proposing solutions.

• Eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and business processes.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors or other HR systems.

• Experience with SAP report generation (Ad-hoc Queries, SAP Query, etc.).

• Knowledge of any ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field.
