Role & responsibilities
Identify and monitor government and private tender prospects through GeM, CPP Portal, and other e-procurement portals.
Manage the complete tender lifecycle, from bid identification to submission and post-award documentation.
Review tender documents, specifications, eligibility criteria, and contractual terms.
Prepare and submit technical, commercial, and financial bids within specified deadlines.
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to gather bid-related information.
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, quotations, and pricing proposals.
Ensure compliance with tender requirements, company policies, and statutory regulations.
Respond to bid clarifications and participate in negotiations with clients when required.
Maintain records of tenders, contracts, bid submissions, and project documentation.
Track bid status, analyze outcomes, and prepare management reports.
Develop and implement strategies to improve bid success rates and operational efficiency.
