Knowledge of Digital Subscriptions.
Digital Sales Expertise :
Understanding Subscription Models.
Experience with CRM systems to track sales activities, leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups efficiently.
Communication and Negotiation Skills:
Solid verbal and written communication skills to convey product value.
Ability to deliver impactful presentations and demonstrations of Taxmanns products during client meetings.
Market Awareness :
Ability to build and maintain a strong network within the legal, tax, and corporate sectors.
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and legislative changes.

Key Result Areas (KRA) Website Targets :
Digital subscriptions including multi-user licenses,



individual subscriptions, and renewals.
Client Onboarding :
Identify and onboard recent clients such as corporates, law firms, accounting firms, and educational institutions for the websites subscription services.
Client Feedback :
Gather feedback from clients to improve service and product offerings.
Lead Nurturing:
Develop and nurture leads to convert them into long-term subscribers.
Customer Service :
Provide excellent customer service, helping clients navigate the website, access resources, and resolve issues related to digital content.
