Technical Troubleshooting: Address basic application or web interface bugs, streaming lags, or login issues. Escalate complex software anomalies directly to the tech team. Cross-Department Coordination: Work hand-in-hand with the Academic Operations and Sales teams to resolve scheduling clashes, book mentorship slots, or clarify package details. CRM & Database Discipline: Maintain meticulous, real-time records of customer interactions, tickets opened,

Education: Bachelors degree in any stream (B.Com, B.Sc, B.A, BBA, etc.).
Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service or Customer Success. Prior experience in an EdTech ecosystem or a high-volume call center is highly preferred. Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
