The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing reception operations and ensuring a smooth and skilled first impression for patients, visitors, and vendors.
The role includes greeting and assisting individuals upon arrival, handling inquiries both in person and over the phone, and maintaining a welcoming setting at all times.
The executive manages appointment scheduling, coordinates with doctors and healthcare professionals, and informs patients about any delays or changes in their appointments.
They assist patients with registration and admission forms, accurately enter patient details into the hospital management system, and verify key documents such as ID proofs and insurance papers.
The role also involves coordinating with the billing department for payments, handling various payment modes including cash and card,



and issuing accurate bills and receipts.
Additionally, the executive ensures the front office area remains organized, maintains necessary records and reports, supports interdepartmental coordination for smooth operations, addresses patient concerns courteously, provides information about hospital services and doctor availability, answers and routes phone calls appropriately, responds to emails and messages promptly, and facilitates effective communication between patients and hospital departments.
