Role & responsibilities

Partnering with the Hiring managers to understand job requirements of the clients.

Involved in full life cycle of Recruitment. Sourcing, screening, identifying, interviewing, and follow-ups

Sourcing resumes from different channels like Naukri, LinkedIn.

Review and assessment of the candidates against the required job role.

Scheduling and coordinating interviews.

Facilitate the offer negotiations with selected candidates.

Follow up through the entire period between DOJ.

Prepare and update the required MIS.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitment or in sales of any product/services or in a customer relationship profile. With a diverse portfolio.

Valuable communication skills

Zeal to grow and learn

Candidates who are not from a recruitment background are also eligible to apply. Robust training will be provided.
