Position: Airport Customer Care Executive/Ground Staff

an Airport Customer Care Executive/Ground Staff. Job Overview: As
an Airport Customer Care Executive/Ground Staff, you will be
responsible for providing excellent customer service to our
passengers at the airport. Your role will involve assisting
passengers with their travel needs, handling inquiries and
complaints, and ensuring a smooth and productive check-in process.
Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome passengers at the airport
Assist passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and
boarding - Respond to passenger inquiries and provide accurate
information about flight schedules, delays, and other relevant
information - Handle passenger complaints and resolve issues in a




timely and skilled manner - Collaborate with other departments
to ensure a smooth and efficient operation - Maintain a high level
of customer service and ensure passenger satisfaction - Adhere to
all safety and security regulations at the airport - Keep updated
with airline policies and procedures to provide accurate
information to passengers - Assist with any other tasks or duties
assigned by the supervisor Qualifications: - High school diploma or
equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Solid
problem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to handle
difficult situations with patience and professionalism - Knowledge
of airline policies and procedures is an asset - Must be willing to
work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Must be able
to pass
