• Production support - Incidents & service requests resolution & problem-solving
• Production support - Support to the integrations from AI to other HR & finance systems
• Any enhancements/process improvements on AI
• Consulting with clients on budgeting and planning best practices
• Working with end-users to document the business requirements and create technical solutions based on functional requirements - with attention to detail
• Supporting budgets, forecasts, and reports within Adaptive Insights for Finance
• Analyzing financial models and reports (spreadsheet/non-spreadsheet based models)
• Responding to client support questions and requests via phone and email
• Interacting with product vendor (in this case, Workday) for any support queries

• Educate and guide users on effective and productive approaches to utilizing models, tools, and data.
• Provide technical guidance (design, model, configuration, troubleshooting,



etc.) for the Adaptive suite of products.
• Demonstrate high Understanding of potential functional design issues by suggesting alternatives
• Support existing functionality and integrations with other systems.
• Effective communicate status to the management team, problem and risk management
• Establish connections to various techniques and build an end to end integrations that will extract, transform, and load data into Adaptive Insights.
• Ability and interest in solving technical problems in network connectivity, Windows account security, ETL, SQL programming, database access, web service calls, APIs, and programming logic.
• Work with clients to ensure their data is formatted correctly, imports successfully, and reconciles to the source system
• Leverage prior EPM, CPM, and ERP implementation and integrations experience better to advise the client on multi-application solutions and technology landscape
