The ideal candidate should possess robust facilitation skills and experience in coaching employees across various organizational levels to build a high-performance, collaborative, and values-driven work culture.

Role & responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver behavioral training programs aligned with organizational goals.
Conduct induction and behavioral orientation programs for current employees.

Develop training content, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, case studies, simulations, and role-play exercises.
Facilitate classroom, virtual, and experiential learning sessions.
Coach managers and employees to improve workplace behavior and interpersonal effectiveness.
Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, observation, and business impact.
Maintain training records, reports, attendance, and learning dashboards.
Partner with business leaders to identify behavioral capability gaps and recommend learning interventions.
Support organizational development, employee engagement, and culture-building initiatives.
Stay updated with the latest behavioral science, adult learning methodologies, and training practices.
