Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining robust and lasting relationships.
Campaign Management : Oversee the execution of advertising campaigns from conception to completion, ensuring they meet the client’s objectives and timelines.
Brand Strategy and Digital Marketing: Suggest brand strategy and digital marketing solutions.
Briefing and Coordination : Work closely with internal creative, media, and production teams, providing explicit client briefs and ensuring alignment on deliverables.
Project Management : Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines,

Feedback and Reporting : Regularly gather client feedback, and prepare performance reports, ensuring that client satisfaction is maintained.

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, PR, Advertising, or related field.
Proven experience in client servicing (BFSI) within an advertising agency.
Robust communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of advertising trends, media channels, and digital platforms.
