Location: Ghansoli

Shifts: Rotational Shifts

Working Days: 5 days working | 2 rotational week-offs

CTC: Up to 7.00 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the team , ensuring effective handling of customer queries and issues.
Knowledge and understanding of NPS & BQM
Oversee shrinkage management to minimize losses and optimize productivity.
Develop and implement strategies to reduce attrition rates through effective employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure seamless escalation processes for complex cases and maintain high levels of CSAT (Customer Satisfaction).
Monitor KPIs such as AHT, SLA, and rostering to ensure compliance with industry standards

Requirements :
At least 1 year experience as a Team Lead on paper
Excellent English communication skills
Comfortable working rotational shifts
