We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Export Head to lead and expand our international business operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in FMCG exports, international market development, distributor management, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Identify and expand business opportunities in international markets.
Appoint, manage, and support overseas distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
Drive revenue growth and market expansion across assigned regions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
Conduct market research to identify current business opportunities and emerging trends.
Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and market expansion strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of export orders.
Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings.
Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategic initiatives to strengthen market presence.
Lead and mentor the export sales team to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
812 years of experience in Export Sales within the FMCG industry.
Proven experience in international business development and distributor management.
Robust negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Ability to develop and execute international sales strategies.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
