Role & responsibilities
Experience as a Salesforce Developer/Engineer, with a focus on Service Cloud OMS.
Robust experience configuring process flows, automation (Flow, Process Builder), and data models.
Extensive experience with the Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura frameworks.
Proven ability to customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and other programmatic tools.
Experience in developing and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and 3rd party systems.
Experience working effectively within an Agile team setting.
Valuable exposure to the Salesforce partner community and ecosystem.
Ideally, you will also have experience working directly with clients to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Preferred candidate profile
Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification.
Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
Experience with other Salesforce Clouds like Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Commerce Cloud.
