Obtain approvals, permissions, licenses, and NOCs related to real estate projects.
Coordinate with local authorities, development agencies, and statutory departments.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Maintain solid relationships with external stakeholders and government officials.
Monitor and follow up on project-related approvals and documentation.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in real estate liaisoning and approvals.
Robust communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of local regulatory processes and government procedures.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
