Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English language lessons to students of Classes XI and XII in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
Develop and update teaching materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools to foster critical thinking, comprehension, and communication skills.
Assess student performance through formative and summative evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate academic records.
Mentor and guide students in preparation for board examinations, competitive exams, and higher‑education admissions.
Participate actively in departmental meetings, curriculum reviews, and school‑wide initiatives aimed at enhancing academic quality.
Collaborate with fellow teachers, counselors, and support staff to create a holistic learning setting.
Uphold the school’s ethos of inclusivity, compassion,
and academic excellence while adhering to all institutional policies and procedures.
Essential Qualifications
Post‑Graduate Diploma in Teaching (PGDT) or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English (or related field) from a recognized university.
Eligibility for CBSE PGT teaching positions (as per the latest CBSE guidelines).
Clearable background check and verification as required by the Adani Foundation.
Desired Experience
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (Classes XI–XII) in a CBSE‑affiliated school.
Demonstrated success in improving student outcomes in English language proficiency and board examination results.
Experience with student counseling, mentorship, or extracurricular activities related to language and literature is a plus.
Familiarity with digital learning tools and online assessment platforms.
