o Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) robotic security for SAP
o Mobility security experience
o Perform moderately complex system and business process analysis, identify inadequate or inefficient systems, and recommend alternatives to reduce cost or increase efficiency.
o Ability to implement multiple assignments/projects simultaneously.
o Manage and accountable for meeting deadlines on projects/assignments with aggressive schedules
o Analyzes existing business processes, applications, and systems and proposes, develops, or implements current applications, modifications, or enhancements for continuous improvement
o Prepare/lead training, change management, and information sessions for end-users.
o Apply troubleshooting skills to solve key technical and business process issues logged
o Manage own workload, accurately estimate effort for tasks, and work with business users on priorities/goals, and work towards meeting those goals
o Understand the SAP technical landscape and architecture
o Required to help with daily monitoring and implementing improved SAP technical recommendations
