Full-time Bluespirit is a leading airline company based in
Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India. We are currently seeking motivated
individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff on a full time
basis. As a member of our ground staff team, you will play a
crucial role in ensuring the smooth and productive operation of our
flights. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at
check-in, boarding, and arrival areas - Handle and process
passenger baggage, including tagging, loading, and unloading -
Assist passengers with special needs or requests, such as
wheelchair assistance or language translation - Conduct security
screenings and ensure compliance with all safety regulations -
Provide excellent customer service to all passengers, addressing
any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner -
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the
terminal and gate areas - Collaborate with other ground staff




members and flight crew to ensure on-time departures and arrivals -
Handle any flight delays, cancellations, or other disruptions in a
calm and efficient manner - Keep accurate records of passenger data
and flight information - Adhere to all company policies and
procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous
experience in customer service or a related field is preferred -
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work
in a fast-paced and high-stress environment - Solid
problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Willingness to work
flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays - Physically fit
and able to lift up to 50 pounds - Familiarity with computer
systems and basic math skills - Fluency in English and Hindi, both
