and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Airport
Ground Staff – Passenger Service Executive. This is a full time,
permanent position with opportunities for growth and development
within the company. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist
passengers at the airport, providing a warm and welcoming
experience - Check-in passengers and their luggage, ensuring all
necessary documents are in order - Handle all inquiries and
requests from passengers in a skilled and timely manner -
Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking procedures -




Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure smooth and effective
operations - Handle any issues or complaints from passengers,
resolving them to the best of your ability - Maintain a clean and
organized work area, including the check-in counters and boarding
gates - Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the
safety of all passengers and staff - Keep track of flight schedules
