our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff
team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer
service to passengers and ensuring the safe and efficient operation
of our airport. Key Responsibilities: 1. Greet and assist
passengers at check-in, boarding, and arrival areas 2. Handle
passenger inquiries and provide accurate information about flight
schedules, delays, and other relevant details 3. Process passenger
tickets, check baggage, and issue boarding passes 4. Conduct
security checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations 5.
Assist passengers with special needs and provide necessary support
throughout their journey 6. Coordinate with other departments to
ensure timely and smooth departure and arrival of flights 7.
Monitor and manage passenger flow to maintain a comfortable and
organized airport workplace 8. Handle flight disruptions, delays,
and cancellations in a professional and effective manner 9.
Collaborate with other ground staff to handle baggage and cargo
operations 10. Maintain a high level of customer service at all
times and handle any customer complaints or issues promptly and
effectively. Qualifications and Skills: 1. High school diploma or
equivalent 2. Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment 4.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills 5. Knowledge of
